How do I send my login credentials?
Once you decide which plan you would like, and then pay for the plan, you will be re-directed automatically to a form to complete where you will give us your login credentials to both the wordpress site and your hosting account.
Do you manage WooCommerce websites?
Websites with advanced functionality like this require our Premium Plan. They take more resources for us to manage, so making sure you’re on the right plan means we’ll be able to dedicate what’s needed to keep your website secure, fast and running smoothly.
Does it matter what host I'm using?
We’ll work with anybody regardless of their hosting provider. We understand that different websites have different needs and that people have realistic budgets that they have to meet.
How does onboarding work?
Once you sign up for the plan that makes the most sense for you, you’ll be redirected to a form to complete giving us details about your login credentials. Once you send login information for your WordPress dashboard and hosting provider, we’ll have your plan fully implemented in 24-48 hours.
What if I have multiple (2+) sites that need to be managed?
Our care plans each cover one single site. If you have multiple sites as subdomains of a site, they still count as separate sites. If you have 3 websites that you’d like us to manage, you’ll need 3 plans, one for each site. You are more than welcome to choose different plans for each website.
Do you offer phone support?
We’ve set up our pricing structure to stay pretty lean and with our team, it just makes more sense to handle all our support through email. While we don’t offer phone support, we’ve made customer service a huge priority here at Secure WP Solutions and you’ll find our email support fast, effective and friendly!
Can I transfer my WordPress maintenance plan to another site?
Do you offer refunds on WordPress maintenance services?
We don’t offer refunds on website maintenance services. Once someone signs up and work is started, no refund is provided.
How often will you check on my site and apply updates?
With our WordPress maintenance service, we will be monitoring your website 24/7. This allows us to make updates promptly, take care of urgent maintenance tasks, and troubleshoot any issues immediately. Normal updates happen weekly and typical on Saturday or Sunday early in the morning when web traffic is typically slower.
What are your hours of operation and response times?
Our core support team works remotely within the US. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm CST. We respond to all requests as soon as possible and strive to complete all Help Desk Support requests within 1-2 business days. Emails are completed based on the order they are received and the severity of the issue.
For 24/7 support, we recommend a hosting provider that has advanced WordPress expertise available. We’ve dealt with more hosts than you can imagine; in our opinion, WP Engine represents the absolute best and brightest of the managed WordPress hosting world when it comes to 24/7 support.
Do you offer web hosting?
No. We leave that up to people who do that best. We believe in client ownership of their own projects. That way, we don’t get in the way if you ever want to move to a new host, or need someone else to work on your site. We do however, work with some pretty amazing hosting companies, and can give you plan recommendations based on your site and business goals.
Does my subscription cover theme and plugin license renewals?
We like to empower our clients. That means that you will need to pay for any theme or plugin licenses. That way, no matter what developer you wind up using, you have the keys to your own site. (If you are forgetful, we will totally help you keep any license keys secure.)
Will you help me select the plugins I need?
Sure can. As you can imagine, our developers have maintained plugins on hundreds of websites. We know what works and what to expect.
