Today it was announced that Brett Favre has once again called it quits.
The story claims that Brett has called the coach of the Minnesota Vikings
claiming that his ankle is still bad even after surgery, and that it is
not healed enough to play football.
So this would now be his third, yes THIRD, retirement if this is true.
Being a Packer’s fan, I must say that I really enjoyed the years that he
played in Green Bay. I was in shock when all the crap went down when he
ended up leaving the Green Bay Packers. I have been and probably will
always be a fan of Favre. He is by far one of the best in the game.
I feel that there was things done on both sides (the sides of the Packers
and of Brett Favre) that wasn’t cool, and that there is a little blame on
both sides of this crappy equation. But whatever, what’s done is done.
So, my question is…. Will he actually retire this time? Or are we on
another crazy ride with the media playing this up to death?
Time will tell, and it should be interesting…
Until Next Time, Take Care!
Now this is a Classic Favre T-shirt!!!
