Hehe, this is so true. I have been having issues with one of my accounts where I can't login and I get an error message. Have sent twitter multiple e-mails and messages to twitter's support staff and nothing happens. It's been over a week now I can't log in to my account.

Twitter is a site with many glitches and NO customer service. This website is all about who's verified. For instance, if you are a celebrity or some big personality they will pay attention and prioritize your concerns. The rest of the world doesn't count to them or they simply don't care. It's all about politics with that site.

The number is (415) 896-2008.

Option #1: Law enforcement.
Option #2: Communications.
Option #3: Staffing.

All go to voicemail. There's no way to get to a person that I can see.

Good Luck Actually Getting a hold of someone!

And could you please share that phone number? I think many of us would like to dial up our frustrations on that group...seriously lacking in basic business practices for a software group.
