8 Days & 90 Plus emails to Twitter - And They STILL Haven’t Corrected My Hacked Account Issues!

I am quite literally amazed that a huge service like Twitter has SUCH A HORRIBLE customer service department. It now has been over 8 days since I first contacted them about my account being hacked by someone. I have sent over 90 emails to every possible department within Twitter.

I keep getting automated emails that my issue has been resolved and they have closed my support ticket (when the issue is NO WHERE CLOSE to being resolved). Every time I get this email - I end up opening another ticket, which is VERY frustrating.

If the support / customer service department actually read the emails they might actually resolve something. I am just shocked on how poor they take care of their subscribers.

In the meantime, I have this @$sh0le posting all these sales ads under my name. Which frustrates me even more.

I just do not understand what the difficulty is in actually trying to resolve your customers issues???
